Our 90-day repair guarantee, and here's exactly what it means.
If the fault we fixed comes back within 90 days, we come back and put it right. No argument, no diagnostic fee, no "wear and tear" get-out.
What it covers
The work we carried out and any part we supplied and fitted, for 90 days from the day we hand the machine back.
This guarantee sits on top of your legal rights. It doesn't replace them — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a repair has to be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and that applies whatever we write here.
What it doesn't cover
New damage — a drop, a spill, or a different fault in a different part of the machine. We'll tell you plainly which it is instead of hiding behind the wording, and if it's genuinely our repair that's failed, it's covered.
If we can't fix it
You don't pay for the repair. Some jobs — liquid damage above all — have honestly poor odds, and we say so before you commit rather than after taking your money.
No work without your say-so
The price we show when you book is a guide. We confirm the real figure once we've seen the machine, and nothing else happens until you've agreed to it. Some machines carry no guide price at all — the part decides the cost, so we price the actual part and send you the figure to approve.
Common questions
How long is the guarantee?
90 days from the day we hand the machine back, covering the work we did and any parts we fitted.
What if the same fault comes back?
Ring us and we come back and sort it at no charge. If we can't, you get your money back for that repair.
What's not covered?
New accidental damage, liquid damage after we handed it back, and faults in a different part of the machine from the one we repaired.
Do I pay if you can't fix it?
No. You don't pay for a repair that didn't work. If we spot something unfixable before starting, we tell you and walk away with nothing owed.
